Xarelto is an anticoagulant medicine or blood thinner used for the treatment of blood clots and preventing them to form in the first place. Xarelto works by blocking certain clotting proteins in the body. It is specifically used to treat deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary emboli fzone95. How to use Xarelto:
